  2. Acceptance of Terms - When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order. These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of products to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our Privacy Policy. This agreement includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference. We strongly recommend that you also access and read any other information contained on other pages or websites referred to in this agreement, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you.              
    It is your responsibility to make sure that your order contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyers solely accept the full risk of any package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason and acknowledge and agree that they will not hold U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my liable for such packages, for whatever reason being unable to be delivered to their destination.            
    Your Conduct and Use Limitation - You shall not carry out any act or omission or procure any act or omission which would: (a) disrupt, impair or interfere with, alter or modify this website or its software; (b) act in a way that affects or reflects negatively on us or anyone else; (c) collect or attempt to collect any information from others including, without limitation, personally identifiable information, without such party's prior consent; (d) engage in any activities in such a manner as to expose U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my  or any third party to liability or adversely affecting the name, reputation or business of us or any such third party; (e) commit a crime or in the course of committing a crime or for an unlawful purpose to do any act that may damage the network or systems or cause the quality of U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my to be impaired; (f) violating or attempting to violate the security of the website; (g) Cause any illegal, offensive, defamatory material to be placed on or associated with this website; (h) in breach of any copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidence, or any other third party right; (i) cause any inconvenience to U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my, its employees, servants, agents, software and other suppliers or any other third party (including, without limitation, creating or procuring software viruses, chain letters, unsolicited communications and 'spam'). NOTE: Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.          
    Order - Confirmation of your online order/ purchase will be via email upon receipt of your order. Should you place an order via phone, receipt of your order will be via verbal confirmation. The price quoted by us in email or verbally is valid up to 7 days. Unless otherwise specified.

  3. Price - All prices are Subject to Sales & Services Tax (SST) if applicable . U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my reserves the right to make changes of prices and product information in this website at any time without prior notice. Prices quote are correct at time of website update. We reserves the right to make changes to prices and product information in this website at any time. U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my is not liable for removing any product from this website and refusing to process any order. Installation and delivery charges are not included in the listed prices, unless otherwise specified.       
           
  4. Back Orders - Occasionally, one of the products you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, you will always be contacted or e-mailed with the option for you to cancel your order or change your order should you prefer not to wait. You must therefore provide us with your contact number and mobile contact number and e-mail address when ordering. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware that you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.

  5. Changes to Products - U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my may make changes to any products offered at U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my, or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, without notice. The information provided at U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my with respect to products may be out of date and U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my makes no commitment to update the information provided atU Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my with respect to such products.

  6. Changes to the U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my Terms of Use - Please check our Terms of Use periodically for changes as we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale or promotion at anytime without prior notice.

  7. Colours - Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

  8. Custom Rights:
    • The customer who purchases the products is responsible for paying these customs rights, and of the possible paperwork involved.
    • The price of the products sold is in RM (Ringgit Malaysia)
    • Customers are required to keep close track on their packages. If there is any delay in receiving a package, you will need to contact the designated courier services agency or logistic provider or immediately inform U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my in order to ascertain the reason for the delay.
    • We will not be responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country's custom for their specific custom laws.
    • We will not be responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service or logistic provider fail after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address.
    • The responsibility of the seller stops when the product has been shipped off to the address specified by the customer.
    • It is clear however, that we will do our best to help you in getting your product out of customs if additional proof of sale or of value is needed.

  9. Credit Card Security - We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our system. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We process payment by credit card through eGHL.

  10. Currency - We currently only accept Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and shall accept RM as the official currency for all calculations.

  11. Payment :
    We accept cash and direct bank in or telegraphic transfer. Payment by direct bank in, please email/fax us the payment detail for verification purpose. Payment by cheque is subject to bank clearance before products to be delivered.
    If customer would like to make payment by credit card (Visa & Master only), please proceed to any of our branches.

  12. Deposit:
    Customer will be contacted via phone/email for deposit payment in order to secure his/her purchase before further proceeding and delivery.
    Payment of deposit can be via direct bank in to U Electric Sdn. Bhd. bank account as following:

    • Maybank 5540-6231-5008 (U ELECTRIC SDN BHD)

  13. Delivery :
    We shall endeavour to deliver your order within 1- 5 working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specifiy. You should be able to receive your order within 3-15 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after shipment date, depending on the assigned delivery arrangement or shipping courier serivce you have chosen (if applicable).
    U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my is committed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature. U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my reserve the rights not to release the delivery in the absence of the authorized receiver.
    U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my is making every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, U Electric Sdn. Bhd. or Uelectric.com.my will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.
    In the event if your package is lost by the shipping courier or logistic service provider (if applicatble) and your package has not been insured, we will only replace the lost products with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.
    Free delivery is only available in selected areas of Melaka or during special promotion period, Please contact us to check if you are entitled to free delivery. Otherwise, delivery fee shall apply to all other areas within Malaysia. We do not take order from outside the country. Please ensure you are available to receive the products when goods are delivered. Additional delivery charge will be applicable for cancellation or re-delivery of products.

  14. Installation:
    Installation charges/ fee applies when necessary or upon request for products such as air-conditioner / water heater / television / washing machine / refrigerators, etc.
    If customer requires installation service, kindly indicate when upon order placement.

  15. Damage or Declared Goods - SKYNET, TA-Q-BIN, DHL, FEDEX, UPS and USPS will only cover the actual goods value if the package is damaged by the shipping agent during the transporting of your goods. (We would not be held responsible if you've requested for us to change the invoice value).
    You are required to make a report to us on damaged item(s) in your package within 24 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.

  16. Order Cancellation
    Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non refundable.
    If you decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct a minimum of RM20.00 from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.
    ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.

  17. Our Policy on Out of Stock Items
    Scenario 1:
    All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
    In this case we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

    Scenario 2:
    The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
    In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.

  18. Safe and Secure Purchase

BHD. or Uelectric.com.my Network are concerned about the safety and security of our customer, and it is very important to us that our customer's have the comfort of feeling safe and secure whenever purchasing from us. This is why U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my Network uses internet payment solutions such as eGHL and Paypal (whichever applicable).

  19. Age Eligibility - You must be aged 18 and above to place an order. Otherwise we reserved the right to cancel your order.

  21. Guarantee - Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction at U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my. If you are not happy with our service or product, please contact us and we will do our best to sort out the problem.

  22. Indemnification - You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.

  23. Indemnity - In the event that you breach any of these terms, you will indemnify and keep indemnified U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my, its subsidiaries, associated companies, employees, servants, agents, professional advisors, suppliers and affiliates from time to time against all damages, losses, claims, costs, charges, awards, orders, judgments and other liabilities suffered or threatened as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions.

  24. Laws - To the extent permitted by law, all sales at U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my are governed by Malaysia law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

  25. Limitation of Liability - U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or the inability to use, the products on this site. This include but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my was advised of the possibility of such damages.

  26. Linked sites - U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my may contain links to other Internet sites ("linked sites"). U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications or materials available at such linked sites. These links are provided merely for your convenience. You are solely responsible for understanding any terms and conditions that may apply when you visit or place orders with the linked sites.

  27. Making A Purchase - You are never under any obligation to purchase anything at the online shop, so feel free to browse the products on sale. If you decide that you would like to purchase a product, you can do so easily! Simply click on any products that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished with your selection, select on further Processing options and you will be asked for a few details before we proceed to satisfy your order. It's simple & hassle free.

  28.   29. Missing Item - You are required to report missing item in your package within 24 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.

  30. Modification -U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my, or to any portion of Uelectric.com.my , for any reason whatsoever; and (2) to interrupt the operation of U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my, or any portion of Uelectric.com.my, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

  31. Non-acceptance of Order - Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
    Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
    • The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock
    • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error

The practices described in this policy are applicable to current and former customers and consumers who do business with us. The policy also explains how we protect the security and confidentiality of our customer's information.

    Information we collect and sources of information.
    We may collect information about some of your personal details and documents, (such as, address, copy of credit card statements, identification, banking informations, income informations, etc) to help us process the order in which you've made, and for us to assure and prove that you are the person paying for the products.

    Marketing OPT-IN and OPT-OUT provision
    When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our regular update service. We will send you e mail alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions. Or you can e-mail and inform us should you need to unsubsribe to online@uelectric.com.my. Or should you seen any e-mail we send you which contain an easy automated unsubscribe link, you can opt-out by selecting that link to unsubsribe of that subscription. Simply follow the indications in the e-mail.

    Information we share with service providers or joint marketers.
    We may disclose some of the information we collect, to companies that perform services on our behalf, including those who assist us in selling, billing, shipping and responding to customer inquiries. We may provide that information to others who perform marketing services for us and to financial institutions with whom we jointly offer financial products or services, subject to any requirements and restrictions of applicable law.

    Security and confidentiality of your information.

    Order and credit card Information
    Uelectric.com.my uses eGHL, a third-party provider of e-commerce payment solutions, to power the Uelectric.com.my Online store and in doing so, collects information about users, including credit card information. When a user purchases a product from the Uelectric.com.my Online store or U Electric outlets, eGHL provides information about the customer, including name, address and email address, to Uelectric.com.my or U Electric outlets. Uelectric.com.my or U Electric Outlets uses this information as set out in the end user agreement, agreed to by purchasers at the time of purchase.
    eGHL requests information from the user on the order form, viewed by the user as a page hosted on the eGHL web server. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used as explained above. For example, if we have trouble processing an order, contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
    Your credit card information does not pass through the Global Collect sites under the terms of IPmart's agreement with Global Collect. Global Collect does not share credit card information with IPmart Network. Global Collect keeps your credit card information confidential and protect your credit card information through the use of industry-standard Secure Sockets (SSL) encryption technology.

  33. Refund Policy - Refunds will be given at the discretion of U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my's management.

  34. Relationship - Nothing in this agreement shall create or be construed to imply any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and us. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.

  35. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements - If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, kindly email us at online@uelectric.com.my. Please note that only the intellectual property rights owner can report potentially infringing products to us.

  36. Shipping And Handling - Orders will be charged packing and post based on the weight of the order. Packing and post costs will be added to your order total. Please note that due to varying size and weight of our products, and different postage rate to each country, the postage and packing costs will be calculated on an individual basis. Once your package has been shipped out, we shall not be held responsible/liable if any of the products are missing or damaged during shipping. i-Pmart recommends that you insure your packages and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in shipping. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address.
    The shipping cost that you paid does not includes tax and duties or any other extra charges impose by your local custom
    If you have instructed us to create a lower value invoice for you and in the event that the parcel or package is lost during shipment, Fedex, DHL, UPS or any shipping agents shall only compensate on the lower invoice value for your order that you instructed us to put.
    We reserve the right to put whatever amount of this order value in the shipping invoice if there is no request to change the order value or even if you have state an order value for us.
    We do not entertain request for shipping packages in multiple parcels.

  37. Tax and Duty - Any taxes and import duties are not included. Please check your government policy on import duties and taxes before you proceed to purchase. (if applicable)
    We shall not be responsible for any import taxes or duty under any conditions even if you have instructed us to change the invoice value or product description. (if applicable)

  38. Shipping Insurance - U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my offers shipping insurance and you have a choice to insure your order as you wish during the buying or ordering process . Please click here for the term and condition of the shipping insurance if you have insure you order with us. (if applicable)

  39. Termination and Suspension - We may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your use of Uelectric.com.my and deny your access to all or part of the website or refuse to provide our services to you without notice if: (1) You are in breach of any part of the terms; (2) We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for us, you, or any other user.

  40. Warranty Terms (U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my)
    All products sold on this website carries genuine manufacturer warranty with eligible warranty period. Please retain product warranty card and official receipt issued by U Electric Sdn. Bhd. in the event that you need to claim warranty from the manufacturer.
    Customers are encouraged to purchase Additional or Extended Warranty and / or All Risk Coverage upon purchase of products for worry-free or avoiding high repair cost in the future should the product’s original manufacture warranty period is over.
    Product(s) sold through U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and from or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom (if applicable).
    If you need to return product(s) back to us for warranty, please contact the Customer Suppport Center at online@uelectric.com.my OR via telephone contact at 012-249 1218. Please ship back the product(s) to the respective shipping branch in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by the Customer Support Center. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.
    If the returned item(s) is not faulty after checking, a minimum amount (RM60.00) of administration fee will be charged & you would need to bear for the return shipping cost.
    For international sales order, the customer needs to bear the return courier charges and any other cost incurred.
    All the Double Twelve and Christmas Promotion items are not covered under U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my Warranty. (if applicable)

  41. 1 to 1 Replacement
    U ELECTRIC SDN. BHD. or Uelectric.com.my offers free "1 to 1 replacement" on all products items for the first 7 days upon receiving of goods (on manufacturer defects only).
    All the Double Twelve Promotion items are not eligible for 1 to 1 Replacement. (if applicable)

  42. Return Policy (Applicable to Malaysia only)
    Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have requirements for processing a return.
    You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:
    Reasons Description
    Damaged The product is damaged upon arrival
    Defect The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
    Incorrect/wrong item Not the product the customer ordered.
    Missing items/parts Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
    Website error The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)

    Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

    Returned item must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days or report to our customer support team within 2 days after the item is received. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
    Your proof of purchase (order number and document's number)
    The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list. 
    The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
    The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
    All sealed must not be opened / broken. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card.
    All the item label and bar code must be remain in original condition

    How Refund Are Issued?

    Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase or Cheque or Banking Wire Transfer. You will still need to return your items within 14 days.

    Late Refund Are Issued?
    You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders. If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

    Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
